The purpose of this web site is to make available the Meridian Greens Homeowners Association (MGHOA) governing documents, to keep the homeowners informed of neighborhood events, issues and activities, and to provide information to our current and prospective residents. The goal of the website is to promote the Meridian Greens neighborhood and to create a better sense of community among the residents. The website is owned by the MGHOA, which consists of all the homeowners in the subdivision, and is maintained by the MGHOA Board of Directors.
Since 1988, Meridian Greens has been a primer subdivision comprised of 156 acres and 352 homes. The subdivision is south of Meridian, Idaho and close to elementary, middle, and high schools. Shopping, dining, and recreational facilities are just minutes away as well as churches of all denominations.
The MGHOA was established in 1988 also. The MGHOA is a non-profit Idaho entity whose sole purpose is to serve the property owners in implementing the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's) and carrying on the business of the MGHOA. Thus enhancing the quality of the community and maintaining the value of all our homes. The Subdivision and Homeowners Association is currently managed by Advantage Idaho, and Carla Everhart is the MGHOA manager.
