Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established in 1988 when the CCR's were first filed with Ada County (See Article 2 section 1 of CCR's). The ACC, as per section 1 of the CCR's, shall review all building, painting, and placement of structures that take place within the Meridian Greens Subdivision.
All requests for changes to your house or lot must be made on the ACC form below and submitted to Advantage Idaho (the MG property manager). All the information needed for submission is on the ACC form.
Composition roofing is now acceptable within the Meridian Greens Subdivision. Information on the composition is listed below.

Acceptable Roofing Materials
Acceptable roofing materials are wood shingles, wood shakes, tile roofing, or composition (Certainteed Composition 3 Tier-TL Roofing). All roofing replacements must have a prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee. Composition roofing material color and type are listed below.
