CC&R's
Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's) have been in place since the development of the Meridian Greens Subdivision in 1988. They were accepted by the homeowner upon signing of the title documents that came with the purchase of the home. Meridian Greens Subdivision was built in four phases and some of these phases were developed with subsections. The CCR's are attached below accompanied by a plat map.
