Annual Meeting
The purpose of the annual meeting is to discuss business of the board of directors and accomplishments throughout the year with the homeowners. The annual meeting is held as per the CCR's in the month of January of each year. New officers are elected to the board and a budget is approved by the homeowners (attendees). The minutes to the last annual meeting will be included in the future. The last annual meeting was on January 14, 2009.
