Home Owners Association
All homes in the subdivision are legally members of the Meridian Greens Home Owners Association (MGHOA).
The purpose of the MGHOA is to preserve and maintain the home values within the subdivision.
The homeowners (members) are responsible for:
maintaining their home sites;
timely payment of their annual dues;
and hopefully volunteering of their time and skills
for the betterment of the subdivision.
