Board of Directors
The Meridian Greens Homeowners Board of Directors (BOD) are elected by the subdivision residents at the annual meeting that is held in January of each year. The term of the BOD is three years. The BOD works for the residents of the subdivision and oversees the contract with Advantage Idaho (the property management company) and the current landscaping company Lawnco.
There are six Directors and each year two of them are replaced. These six are your neighbors who have volunteered their time and skills to help the subdivision. They are:

The property management company is the normal contact for all issues and concerns regarding Meridian Greens subdivision.
